As ELKON, we took place in Egypt Projects 2020 between 27th and 29th of February 2020 which was held in Egypt International Exhibition Center in Cairo. We showcased the mixing block of an ELKOMIX-135 Stationary Concrete Batching Plant as well as an ELKON 4500/3000 l. Twinshaft Mixer.
Equipped with a ELKON 4500/3000 l. Twinshaft Mixer, ELKOMIX-135 Stationary Concrete Batching Plant has a 120-135 m³/hour vibrated concrete production capacity and has a T type aggregate weighing system. T type aggregate weighing system provides faster and more effective weighing time with 2 separate aggregate weigh hoppers.
Moreover, our ELKON 4500/3000 l. Twinshaft Mixer is produced 100% with fully automated robotic welding stations. It is equipped with a BONFIGLIOLI (Italy) gearbox, LINCOLN automatic lubrication system (Germany), CICIONI (Italy) hydraulic discharge unit and side linings of HARDOX-NiHard4 (Sweden).
