FRANCE: MIX MASTER-30 Mobile Concrete Batching Plant in Toulouse Region

Toulouse, France based company which is specialized in the production and marketing of all types of precast concrete elements has received its new Mix Master-30 on-site concrete mixing plant recently.

ELKON’s Mix Master-30 is an ultra mobile and towable concrete batching plant thanks to its wheels. The concrete plant has 4 aggregate hoppers with the capacity of 5 m3 each, which can be directly fed via wheel loader without concrete ramp. In order to produce precast concrete efficiently the plant is equipped with planetary type mixer with a capacity of 0.5 m3 discharge per bacth. Moreover, concrete plant has 50 tons capacity cement silo together with a bag cement feeding system with cement hopper which allows the company to use second type of cement or another filler material in case of a need.

Mix Master-30 concrete plant is fully automated concrete plant with an advanced automation system fully comply with European and French concrete production standards. This system allows the customer to produce concrete in several modes and print delivery notes personalized according to French standards easily.
