German Producer Expanded His Equipment Fleet with MIX MASTER-30

In the city of Mengkofen, Bavaria province, Germany, a company with its factory established on an area of more than 20,000 m² with various production activities that range from the sales of construction materials and natural decorative stone to production of precast block, has expanded its equipment fleet with Mix Master-30 on-site concrete batching plant.

After being informed about Mix Master-30 which was exhibited in BAUMA fair in Munich in recent months, the company officials placed an order the plant without any delay.

The company that was previously producing concrete manually with an old mixer has increased its production efficiency by the features of Mix Master-30 on-site concrete batching plant which is equipped with fully automatic automation system and accurate weighing system. In addition to making an economical investment, it also began to produce concrete with international standards.

Based on the customer request, the Mix Master-30 on-site concrete batching plant was painted in red and white colors which are the company colors and equipped with 1 unit of 50 ton cement silo.

Thanks to the optionally presented remote control system, the concrete can be produced remotely without any interference to the automation system by using a previously recorded 4 different recipes on the buttons of remote controller.
