The Powerful Concrete Plant ELKOMIX-120 Started Up in France”

Located in Paris, the concrete mixing plant ELKOMIX-120 has started recently. The plant will produce concrete, concrete blocks and concrete with recycled products for the Greater Paris project. This plant is distinguished by an additional equipment that gives great comfort when using, better control of production and better control of the quality of concrete.

The plant is equipped with a 2m3 (3000/2000 L) mixer with a production capacity of up to 110 m3/h for a mixing time of twenty seconds. The mixer is equipped with a camera to view the interior of the mixer, a sampling and automatic washing system.

The linear aggregate hopper is created of 6 compartments of 20 m3 each with 2 moisture probes, ultrasonic compartment level measurement system and shock air for the recycled material compartment.

The filling of the aggregates will be done thanks to the system of pre-loading of the aggregates with shuttle which avoids the construction of the ramps which is controlled by remote controller.

The mixer block and scales as well as the aggregate hopper are covered with cladding for protection against weather conditions and to minimize the environmental effects.

ELKON concrete plants have already produced for large-scale projects such as ports, airports, skyscrapers, embassies, road, pipeline, prefabricated elements, stadiums ... Concrete will be produced for a large project of Paris with the central government and the world’s famous brand located in 120 countries in the world ELKON.
