Efficiency and High Quality are Offered Together at ELKONOne of oldest ready mix companies in Czech Republic decided to change their old scraper type batching plant. The company arranged a visit to see ELKON concrete batching plant in operation nearby. During the visit, while ELKON concrete batching plant was monitored in production, at the same time feedback was received from the plant staff. The company which was impressed by what they saw and heard, decided to put up an Elkomix-60 Quick Master Compact Concrete Batching Plant from ELKON product range.

ELKOMIX-60 QUICK MASTER Compact Concrete Batching Plant is equipped with 1500/1000 l. Twinshaft Mixer and its highly-efficient batching system provides up to 55 m³ vibrated concrete per hour. The aggregate storage bins are fed by advanced aggregate pre-feeding system which provides higher distribution of aggregates in square aggregate bins. ELKOMIX-60 QUICK MASTER Compact Concrete Batching Plant has all advantages of a mobile concrete batching plant. It can be installed quickly on flat concrete surface by chemical anchorage bolts.

Due to the COVID-19 pandemic and travel restrictions, the customer installed ELKOMIX-60 QUICK MASTER Compact Batching Plant with instructions and remote support provided by experienced ELKON technicians. Now, the company started to supply high quality vibrated concrete to Czech market.
