One of the biggest cement producers in Peru purchased an Elkon Mobile Master-135 Jaguar Mobile Concrete Batching Plant a while ago with the aim of producing concrete in Trujillo region but they couldn’t find a chance to install it due to their intense operation schedule.
The main unit of the mobile concrete plant contains all equipments for a comfortable operation such as square type aggregate bins, 4500/3000l. Elkon Twinshaft Mixer, transfer conveyor, weigh hopper, operator cabin etc. Additionally, the client also obtained the aggregate pre-feeding system which allows the user to fill aggregate bins without the requirement to build a ramp for the wheel loader. From its own control panel, the user only needs to choose in which bin the system will feed the aggregate.
