ELKOMIX-35 QUICK MASTER has the lowest available capacity among the members of ELKON Quick Master Compact Concrete Batching Plant Series. It can be quickly and economically transported to anywhere in the world by only 1 unit 40’ OT container (or by a TIR) thanks to its folding and modular designed structure.

ELKON engineers aimed to combine the advantages of mobile concrete batching plants along with the easy transportation advantage to overseas by standard containers during designing phase of Quick Master Compact Concrete Batching Plant series. As a consequence, shipping costs are reduced at least 3-4 times, depending on the destination.

Elkomix-35 Quick Master compact concrete batching plant, which is pre-installed and pre-wired in ELKON factories before the shipment, can be commissioned very quickly in the job sites and be ready for concrete production within only 1 day.

Elkomix-35 Quick Master Compact Concrete Batching Plant along with 1 unit cement silo and an aggregate loading ramp can be installed on as small space as 12x17 meters, which makes it possible to use inside project site freely.
